How does your RV rental consignment program benefit RV owners?

Owners benefit from our rental consignment program in Colorado Springs because of the high degree of rental demand during the season. This city's proximity to breathtaking sites like Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods makes it a hotspot for RV travelers. By partnering with RV Management USA, you can earn a steady income while we take care of everything-from securing bookings to maintaining your RV. Many RV owners in Colorado Springs are making thousands annually, all while enjoying the flexibility to use their RVs for personal trips whenever they want. With the growing popularity of outdoor adventures in Colorado Springs, renting your RV is a lucrative opportunity, and RV Management USA is here to ensure you get the most out of it.

Can you legally rent your RV in Colorado Springs?

Renting your RV in Colorado Springs is legal, but you need to make sure you meet the insurance and rental guidelines. Your RV needs to be free from a salvage title and in sound mechanical condition. Tires must be in good shape, and all internal systems, from the kitchen to electrical, should be fully operational.

How much money can I make with RV rental management in Colorado Springs?

Colorado Springs can produce great returns for owners in the area. Although it is a seasonal location, RV owners are still making between $5000-$10000 per year renting their RVs in Colorado Springs. Top performing units include class B and C motorhomes as well as larger travel trailers with bunk beds.

How much money will I make and when do I get paid?

We don't like to overstate earning potential. Remember, if your RV isn't earning for you, then it isn't earning for us either. Our entire goal is to maximize profits and minimize risk on the RVs we manage. That being said, most RV owners in our program make between $500-$1500/month. Class A, B, and C motorhome owners can make on average $8K-$20K USD per year in their pocket depending on the location and type of RV. Earning potential depends on location and RV type. Owners are paid on a monthly basis and will get a full breakdown of all the rental details as part of an "Owner Statement" each month.

Will my RV be maintained properly?

Our territory managers work with professional on-site maintenance teams to make sure your RV is meticulously maintained throughout the year. Your RV will benefit form ongoing attention and basic maintenance like tire checks before and after each rental, roof and slide out checks once a month, ongoing appliance testing, routine oil changes, and more. We want your RV in top shape all the time so that it can continue to perform well and generate revenue. As an RV owner in our program, there are 3 main types of maintenance costs to consider:

1) Routine maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Owners are billed periodically for these expenses at discounted rates, and the deduction can often come directly from the rental profits in a given month.
2) Rental Damages: Any damage to an RV that happens on a rental will be covered fully by the renter's security deposit and/or the commercial insurance coverage. Our managers deal with all claims and repairs at no cost to the RV owner - renters pay the deductible and your personal insurance is not involved.
3) Systemic maintenance: Systemic issues are the responsibility of the RV owner. A/C failure, water pump failure, fridge or hot water tank failure, etc. These are costs that arise from no fault of the renter. Warranty protection plans usually cover these systemic repairs, and our managers work with the warranty company and RV techs to get these fixed. Our managers will work with you to get your RV back in top shape as quickly and professionally as possible.

What kind of RVs do you accept into your fleet?

We will consider any RV that is in great condition but we focus mostly on newer Class A, B, and C motorhomes and late model travel trailers with bunk beds. We also will consider fifth wheels and custom conversion campervans. Every RV must be 5 years or newer to qualify for rental management. Sometimes we make exceptions for very well maintained older units.

Can I use my RV if I want for my own RV adventures?

Of course you can! It's your RV after all. Whenever you want to use your rig you just let the manager know and if it's not booked for a rental we will reserve it for your own usage! Just remember to give us ample heads up and bring back the RV clean and ready to go for the next renter.

How long are the contracts?

Owners typically consign their RVs for 6 -12 months at a time, on average. Managers are flexible with the contracts and they work with all owners individually to establish contracts that make the most sense for everyone.
