Rememebr: if your unit is not making you money, it's not making us money either. We are in this together and incentivized to maximize profits on your unit, while we minimize risk.
Owners typically consign their RVs for 6 -12 months at a time, on average. Managers are flexible with the contracts and they work with all owners individually to establish contracts that make the most sense for everyone.
Owners receive a detailed "owner statement" each month with the breakdown of rental nights booked, along with any add on fees that are owed to the owner. You will be paid out in a timely and transparent manner via zelle or direct deposit at the end of every month. You will also have full visibility into the booking calendar to see when your RV is getting rented in real time.
